A right royal treat! Originating in Egypt, this special blend is a perfect combination of spices, herbs, nuts and seeds. It can be used to impart an authentic Egyptian or Turkish element to your cooking repertoire. We use cashews and hazelnuts that have been freshly dry roasted on-site, then mixed with sesame seeds, parsley, coriander, cumin, black pepper, red bell pepper, seedless hot chillies, sumac and salt.

HOW TO USE
This exotic blend is best enjoyed by dipping crusty bread in a top quality olive oil, followed by the dukka, allowing all the delicious flavours and textures to be savoured! It can also be sprinkled on cooked meats, fish and vegetables, especially salads and is delicious on soft-boiled eggselevating any dish from the ordinary!

Royal Dukkah is best stored in the fridge to retain its freshness.
